Engaging Communities

Implementing collaborative projects to further stewardship and enhance conservation.

Community Building Through Collaboration

The Bay Foundation’s (TBF) Environmental Engagement Program builds partnerships that enrich communities and serve watershed health. It fosters shifts in perceptions and behaviors into pro-environmental action using an integrative approach that includes social science, education, leadership development, and creative, empowered communications.

This program teams up with various communities, including schools, businesses, municipalities, organizations, and individuals, to advance environmental stewardship. From reducing boat-related ocean pollution to promoting community composting and preventing plastic waste, explore the initiatives below to learn more about these efforts.
