created to date in Inglewood to increase access to fresh fruits and vegetables

established to date in Inglewood, Gardena, and Lawndale for recycling organic food waste, preventing methane emissions, and building healthy soil. In 2024, over 1,000 pounds of food scraps were recycled and composted locally through these systems.
